Rethinking the rosters
The operators who will attract the creme de la creme of digital talent prove that mission-critical resilience and workforce flexibility aren’t mutually exclusive. By modernising shift patterns and creating hybrid models, they will enable them to offer flexibility without compromising SLAs.

Whilst data centres can’t digitise turning wrenches and fixing breaks in the system, they can eliminate unnecessary presenteeism and build intelligent flexibility into their rosters whilst protecting uptime, and ultimately, making themselves more attractive to digital talent.
